Two windows are displayed below the main toolbar - while the top window deals with tracking the files you are downloading, the other one shows content you are seeding. By right-clicking on any file and selecting Show Details you will get plenty of information and graphical views regarding the downloadprocess (for example, you can see the Swarm tab - showing you the group of peers linked to your files).
